Death of Claude Castonguay: Selection Group pays tribute to great builder14 December 2020
Laval, December 13, 2020 – Selection Group offers its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Claude Castonguay, who passed away this weekend at the age of 91.
“It is with great sadness that I learned of the death of Mr. Castonguay. Claude was a man of vision and compassion, who devoted a good part of his life to the service of Quebecers. He leaves behind a major political legacy. Claude’s successes include significant contributions to Quebec’s public health insurance plan and the Régie des rentes du Québec. He was also a member of our advisory board and I have had the good fortune to benefit from his advice during the past few years. His counsel was always thoughtful, lively, intelligent, imbued with humanity and benevolence. I offer my sincerest sympathies to his family and loved ones.”
