In recent weeks, retirees living in complexes throughout Quebec have seen their habits disrupted by the recommendations and measures taken by public authorities. For the benefit of the entire industry, we want to share documents that have been very useful to us in the application of our rigorous prevention measures in our complexes.

With the rapid evolution of COVID-19, we have amped up our efforts to keep our employees informed and supported.
Whether at our head office or in our residences, we have put in place several measures to limit the risk of contagion among our employees and to continue to provide safe and healthy environments for all our residents.
Among these measures, we asked our employees to be vigilant and monitor their symptoms, such as fever and cough, and made them aware of the importance of regular hand washing. We also asked them to prioritize telework, when possible, and to avoid gatherings or travel (regardless of destination).
